Each Flow & Tell class includes a themed 45-minute sequence, a music-driven playlist from Power Music, and a downloadable Flowspiration Pack with class outlines. We invite you to learn more about the Yoga’ED Flow & Tell process, the music & the corresponding download- Flowspiration Pack. Yoga’ED truly is a system. and this quick course will help you understand how to get the most out of the system for yourself or to teach others. Upon completion of this quick course, move on the Flow & Tell Trial with several 45 minute flows on deck for you to experience.
